How real is God to you? God will always be there for us if we let Him be. Do you feel God's active presence in your life? It is so important to cultivate the presence of God in our lives. The benefits of God’s presence are tremendous and wonderful and positive changes take place in our lives. Let's not do anything that would drive us away from the Presence of God.

Jim serves as an elder in the Big Sandy (East Texas), Texarkana, TX, and Ruston, LA congregations. He and his wife Laurel also enjoy traveling and visiting other UCG congregations. He attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas from 1990 – 1994 and currently works in the IT department of a local hospital. He enjoys watching and playing sports, and loves working with children.  He and Laurel direct UCG preteen Camp Gilmont.
