John 14:15-18 states:
If you love Me keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever. Even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him for He dwells with you and will be in your. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
As we approach the Day of Pentecost, I am reminded of the promise of a Helper (Comforter) through the Sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Let's look at God's word today to find not only words of encouragement, but a guide for our lives.
