The Feast of Trumpets is about the return of Christ, the God Family, and a reward for works we have done. The marriage supper is part of the reward.

Larry Sharp currently is serving in the United Church of God at Riverside, California, as an Elder initially ordained in 1984, and is a member of the General Conference of Elders for the United Church of God. He serves with his wife Vicki of over 50 years of marriage. He is now a retired Microbiologist having worked in the medical field for over 40 years with service in the US Air Force, private hospitals, and the Los Angeles County Medical System.
