The Bible has much to say about how we view ourselves in relation to others. The 10 commandments give us direction with regard to our relationship with God and our fellow members of the human race. This direction implies a mindset of considering others and their needs as important as ours.  We should not behave in a way that causes harm to others or is at their expense.  Words that describe this mindset are; Honor, Deference, Humility, Fear, Respect.

Scott McKeon

Scott McKeon serves as pastor for the Phoenix Northwest and Northern Arizona congregations of the United Church of God.  He resides in Cave Creek, AZ with his wife Carrie and three young adult children.  He attended Ambassador University, where he obtained a Bachelors in Business Administration, and University of Arizona, where he obtained an MBA. In Scott's career he has helped companies design and implement their IT infrastructure as a technology service provider.  His hobbies include reading, swimming, cycling, and occasionally a little game of water polo.
