We are to count our blessings before preparing offerings.
God will extend His knowledge of the truth and His Holy Spirit in His time.
God's plan for man doesn't end with the Millennium, it continues beyond it. This message looks beyond the thousand year reign of Jesus Christ and the saints and beyond the second resurrections to the moment when physical life gives way to that which is eternal.
God doing for his children what we can't do for ourselves.
What does our job look like during Christ's Millennial reign? We are going to look at two areas , first the role of the Levites in the Tabernacle and Temple period. Secondly, the role of Christ's conversation with the seven churches in the Book of Revelation to see how these two reveal our jobs and responsibilities during Christ's soon coming reign on the earth.
A Change of Heart: The Coming of the Millennium
How realistic is the beginning of the Millennium now. Do we have a sense of urgency.
It's God's mercy that we are here. And will show example in the Bible.
It's not that we are wishing are life away. We are looking forward to a better time which the feast represents.
Dive into a captivating exploration of God’s awe-inspiring creation in this engaging sermon, where the speaker humorously debunks the theory of evolution and marvels at the universe’s grandeur—from stars that sing praises through radio telescope recordings to the intricate design of DNA and the human nervous system, crafted with divine precision. With vivid examples like the Whirlpool Galaxy, the massive Canis Majoris star, and the miraculous formation of a baby’s nerve endings, this message, rooted in scriptures like Psalms 139:14 and Revelation 21:1, ignites wonder at God’s creative power and invites believers to embrace their role in building His kingdom, urging them to keep faith strong and God magnified amidst life’s trials.
This is to encourage and guide active engagement in God’s spiritual restoration process by growing in faith, embracing His values of love and obedience, and living as disciplined disciples of Christ, thereby preparing them for their future roles as kings and priests in God’s kingdom during the Millennium and beyond.
Jesus’ parable of the pounds in Luke 19 shows us that we are to rule with Christ in the Kingdom of God and we must be learning how to properly rule now. To properly rule in this Kingdom of God under Jesus Christ, we are learning today to yield to and be guided by Christ’s rule in the Church and in our lives. All of the governments in this world reflect selfish desire and lust for power.
This opening-night message explores how the joy God commands at the Feast (Deut. 16:14-15) doesn’t appear by accident—it depends on the spiritual “luggage” we bring. Drawing parallels to Israel’s pilgrim journeys and Paul’s “wardrobe” of godly character, the sermon shows how preparation, gratitude, and service transform the Feast from mere attendance into worship as we look forward to the coming Kingdom of God!
Let's take the time to change our focus to God's plan during this chaotic time in our world.

Speaker: Tom Meece 9/30/19 Rosh Hashana is a Holy Day some have connected with a new economic year as well as other Jewish customs. This message addresses why it is called "The Feast of Trumpets" in the church of God and why we observe it as we do. The Feast of Trumpets marks the beginning of the Millennial reign of Jesus Christ on earth. This message highlights the importance of individual service, especially during the upcoming Feast of Tabernacles as well during the Millennium itself. Giving an offering is a a service all of us can provide. Pls. Speaker: Tim Pebworth 9/14/19 Where were you on 9/11? If we are over 20 years old, we know exactly. And, as in this past week we remember 9/11, we also now look forward to the annual reminder of the Fall Holy Days and where this is all going. It is at this time of year that we often ask, where will you be (for the Feast), but Tim Pebworth, in this sermon, rephrases that question to “Where were you?” because that is phrase that invokes the awe that we will experience as end-time events culminate with the return of our elder brother and soon coming King, Jesus Christ. How should we respond to world events around us and how should that inform our keeping of the Feast of Tabernacles this year? 2nd Tithe Sermon Recommendation url = https://www.ucg.org/sermons/how-and-when-to-prepare-for-the-feast-of-tabernacles Pls.
