Our senses pick up so much stimuli; the smells, the tastes, the feel of things. God gave us these things so we could have an appreciation and enjoy it. If any of these senses is removed (as it is for some) how would it change how you live? Our view of the world would be much different. When we relate this to what Christ did in His healings we see what great gifts he gave. Healing the blind, ill, etc. was awesome, but it was not His ultimate goal. He came to awaken a sixth sense.

David has been a math teacher for 30 years in Arizona and New Mexico. He and Laura have been married 33 years, and have two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. David was ordained into the ministry in 2011. He currently serves as the pastor for the Albuquerque, NM, congregation of the United Church of God.
