The world of TV has been dominated for years by many types of reality shows. In many of these shows we see the actions and reactions of people under stress as they try to change their physical circumstances to the better, using the help of an outside agency. We likewise need a spiritual 'extreme makover' to change our lives for the better by stirring up the power of the Holy Spirit.

W. Fred Crow

Fred Crow is an elder with United Church of God; pastor of the Eureka and San Jose, California congregations. Fred retired from the aerospace industry in 2015. He has two daughters and eight grandchildren. He wrote a newspaper column, was a published cartoonist, taught scuba diving, and is a writer, photographer, and traveler.
