Writing the first letter to Timothy, Paul stressed the need for stewardship of the message he has passed on the Timothy. Timothy's charge was, unlike the game of "Telephone" when the message is modified, that he ensure the message is faithfully passed on. Paul said that the reason for this charge was to be focused on, targeted on, love, the foundation of all God's commandments.
