Think before you Speak

Remember that the impact of your words, whether good or bad, lies completely in your hands. The gossip we hear & speak is destructive to others & ourselves. We need to speak & listen to inspiring, uplifting, and encouraging words to each other and we’ll see that our words will always be healing rather than hurtful.
