This message draws lessons from the familiar story of Israel’s trouble in the wilderness. In the wilderness where they tempted God; we are in the wilderness of this world. Our human nature is of this world, and we cannot live by it. As Paul told the Galatians, we must, “Walk in the Spirit” and “not fulfill the lust of the flesh” (Galatians 5:16).

Andy Diemer is the pastor of the Fort Myers, Florida congregation and the associate pastor serving the congregations in Ft. Lauderdale and Vero Beach, Florida. He served as the pastor of the churches in New England from 2014 to 2021. He was baptized into the Church in 1981 and ordained as an elder in 2011. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Cleveland State University. He had a thirty-year career in manufacturing before being hired by the UCG in 2014.
