Twenty-two Prophecies Yet to Be Fulfilled

We're handing out this chart of prophecies. And as you can see, I first gave this back in December 1, 2001. It was updated September 30, 2008. I actually also updated it in 2017. So it's been about five years since I gave this. And every time I continually update it so that you can see how things are being fulfilled. How many churches are you going to visit that have this wonderful knowledge and we see things being fulfilled before our eyes? Now, it's not because we're wiser. It's because God's Spirit is working there, revealing things to His servants. He's the one that guides us. He's the one that gives us the understanding that we can understand Bible prophecy.

It's not something because you have a degree in intellectual acuity or intelligence. It's not that at all. You have to actually receive God's Spirit to be able to understand these things. God warns us through Paul, quote, do not despise prophecies, verse Thessalonians 5.22. While it is not spiritually healthy to dwell only on prophecy, there are churches that are always speculating on what's going to happen. It is true that about a fourth of the Bible deals with prophecies. According to the Encyclopedia of Bible Prophecies in the Old Testament, you have 1,239 prophecies. In the New Testament, you have 578, or 26.8% of the Bible is Bible prophecy. After reviewing 22 prophecies that have basically been fulfilled, see page 2. So in the back, you have the 22 prophecies that have been basically fulfilled. And you can see here, it started back about 200 years ago. The preeminence since the 1800s of Great Britain and the U.S. and to a lesser degree, the rest of modern Israel. So these are the nations God has blessed. Number two, U.S. and Great Britain would lose many of its strategic ports and also its influence to maintain world peace. Pride of power is broken because this country has broken God's laws more than before and so has Great Britain. And as they veer away from the biblical principles, of course, they lose the blessings that God had provided through Abraham and his descendants. Number three, the fulfillment of the sixth resurrection of the Holy Roman Empire with Hitler and Mussolini. That's the sixth resurrection of the beast power. The knowledge explosion from 1900 on with the discoveries of Edison Bell. Edison was the one with a light bulb and many others. Alexander Graham Bell with the telephone. The Wright brothers with the flight. Einstein with many of the basic theories of matter and physics. Tom Watson, IBM, started a lot of the computer age. Jay Watson and Crick with the DNA opening up the biological understanding of the human and other, basically, of life. Then you have Google and now you have artificial intelligence. Daniel 12.4 says that at the time of the end, knowledge would be multiplied. And we see that. Number five, enormous increases in world transportation. On land, you have about 1.4 billion cars. On the seas, 53,000 ships. In the air, 151,000 flights. Daniel 12.4 says knowledge will be increased and people will go from here to there. There will be world transportation. Then the establishment of Israel in 1948 and the totality of Jerusalem in 1967, because it talks about the abomination and desolation that takes place in the end time. And that's Israel with sacrifices in Jerusalem. Number seven, the Middle East becomes a focus of constant conflicts. Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, all of these very unstable countries. Just had two wars there for 20 years. Number eight, the rise of the Islamic power, a confederation is formed, as it tells us. The king of the south. Ten, the unification of Germany that becomes the preeminent power in Europe. Germany is the strongest country in that area. And now, of course, it has completely changed its attitude. It's becoming now much more war-like. As a matter of fact, yesterday we're talking to Jasmina Ayawi, who is the office manager in Germany. And she told us, she says, Germany has changed overnight. And it will never be the same. Europe will never be the same. Neither Germany. Because now there's war next to their nation and their borders. You can imagine if there was a major war in Mexico, it would affect the U.S. Well, that's the way they feel now. So we know Germany is going to rise to preeminence in Europe.

Number 11, the capacity of man to destroy all of humanity by nuclear, bacteriological, and chemical armament. Aren't they talking now about using these chemicals? That's part of what God says. He has to stop mankind from destroying itself. 10, the population explosion. At the time of Christ, there were about 200 million people. In the year 1000, it doubled to 400 million. In 1800, it became 1 billion. In 1900, 1.6 billion. In the year 2000, 6 billion. Now there's 7.5 billion people on the earth. So it's this, it said like in the times of Noah, where there was a population explosion then. And there is one now. Number 13, mortal threat to the earth due to air, soil, water pollution because of man's capacity. God said, you will die in a polluted land, and he destroys those who destroy the earth.

Great worldwide moral degeneration is, that's already there. We are in the times of Lot in Sodom and Gomorrah. Believe me, there's more than you can imagine that's going on. The increase of political and military instability in the world, frequent military overthrows, extreme terrorist groups, and wars causing fear in all. Yes, this is a dangerous world we live in.

Number 16, increase of papal power and influence from Rome on world rulers and the rest of the world. They go there to kiss the Pope's ring, bow before him. Number 17, the proliferation or the spreading of deadly nuclear and biological weapons. As you know, some of these biological weapons could have escaped.

It's caused a lot of this COVID. We don't know for sure, but they've been working on this for decades. Even the CIA has said that it's a possibility that this COVID escaped from a lab or it was intentionally so. Number 18, the reappearance of great plagues around the world, such as COVID, AIDS, Ebola, the sexually transmitted diseases. They're rampant. These are the pestilences that Christ talked about.

Number 19, the increased number and intensity of earthquakes and hurricanes, which is happening in the world. Number 20, the rise of droughts and deadly famines in parts of the world, some induced by man's capacity of resources. Number 21, proliferation of religious sex, the occult, spiritism, and Satanism. Just have to look, even in announcements in the news.

You've got all these horrible, satanic movies that you don't want your kids to see some of that stuff. That wasn't the case 10 years ago. And number 2, 22, the true gospel of the kingdom continues to spread around the world and would continue until the very end. So now, the main bulk of this sermon has to do with the first page, the prophecies.

22 prophecies that need yet to be fulfilled. The first one, it says something dramatic occurs to the world's economic system, allowing the economic center to be more in Europe. Now, this is something that, again, is yet to be fulfilled. And I remember when I had the economics class in Ambassador College, that the professor there not only taught economics, he talked about Bible prophecy.

And he told us, he said, the only way we could have a real economic collapse is if there is a worldwide trade war, where nations do not allow other nations to trade with them, and they have these blockades. And this is what you are reading. We are forming economic blocks, because Russia and China, and a lot of the Asian countries, are forming an economic block, what they just did, to remove them from the swift banking alliance, the network that they have, and then Visa and MasterCard. If you're a Russian over there in Russia, you can't use your credit cards.

And they just blocked them. That hadn't happened before. And so, this is beginning to cause the economic system of the world and the financial markets to separate. Also, the debt in the world went up 165% from what the GDP was. GDP is a gross national product, which is what in one year a nation produces. Well, the world gross national product, what they have produced, they've actually created 165% more debt. And this is unsustainable. So, we are beginning to see signs that are very worrisome, which is this prolonged inflation.

Now it's going to about 8%, which is unheard of since the time of Jimmy Carter back in 1978 and 1979. And now we are seeing this. And in economics, they tell you that when you see this high prolonged inflation rate, it's like the fever of a patient in the hospital. It's a sign that there is an infection. And if you don't put that thing out, it's going to spread and it can cause very terrible consequences.

So, when it talks about the economic system, which right now, because before all the nations were together and they sort of sustained each other, but now you start dividing them up because of the Ukraine war, but that has ultimate consequences, unintended consequences that we will have to see in the future. You can look up the scriptures later on. Number two, the rise of the King of the North, also known as the Beast. In the Old Testament, in Daniel, he's known as the King of the North.

In Revelation, he's known as the Beast, a political and military leader. We haven't seen him appear yet, but things have to be very desperate for a leader like this to take over, to bring back economic stability. They're talking about now a world economic digital system, where they're going to do away with the federal banks and then the governments will be the ones who control the flow of money. So, they don't even have now an intermediary to check the government. And if they don't like you, what happened in Canada? What if you're a trucker? Now, they blocked your bank accounts.

They went after you, and this is a ripe to be manipulated. And so, you're going to see that more and more. They want to have another kind of a digital system, which is all electronic. You don't have to worry about cash anymore, and the government will take care of you. You know, a big brother will do that. That's actually well on its way. It goes on to talk about the third. A new world economic order arises in Europe under 10 rulers and the beast. Apparently, the U.S. that sustains this present system, if it collapses and there are many signs there that this can eventually happen, then nobody's going to want the U.S. to handle this. And they certainly don't want Russia to handle it. They don't want China to hold it. So, who is the least worse of all? Well, the Europe.

The Europeans, they can have a system that's new and stable and, of course, with very powerful leaders in charge. And then, at that time, number four, the false prophet appears with miraculous powers to deceive. So, the king of the north is going to have this propaganda minister who is going to be this very powerful religious figure. And remember, God is going to allow Satan free reign for three and a half years. Now, before that time, you are going to see some of these leaders appear, but they're not going to have the full power. And so, this is something that you have to be out on the lookout because the false prophet is going to be very charismatic and he's going to have miraculous powers. He talks about a statue that is going to talk, that people are going to see that. And, of course, the means of communication, the media, when they're all aboard, backing the government. You're back in World War II with Goebbels, the propaganda minister of Hitler. But nowadays, there's even more control. I thought it was very interesting today when they interviewed the son of Russian oligarch. The oligarch is a man. Oligarch means a very powerful and rich man, and he was persecuted and had to leave Russia, took his family with him. And his son was interviewed. They're in Fox News. And they asked him, how much of the war of Ukraine is really being explained to the Russian people? And he said, every day it's less. The Russian people are being told such great lies that they think that they are threatened, that the Ukrainians are going to use biological weapons on them, and all of this. And it's because the media controls it all. And I told my wife, Khadi, that's the way the beast and the false prophet will be able to control the news.

And you're going to have to have a mark, or else, just like what they're doing now. You can't...

And this is different, of course, but now they're asking you, well, are you vaccinated? Then you can go in the hospital. If you're not vaccinated, you can't go in the hospital. They asked me when I visited Jerry, let me see your vaccination card. And so, in a different way, they're going to say, well, do you back this government up? Let me look at your records. And do you have the seal that you back the system? If you don't, you're not going to be able to trade, it says. You're not going to be able to do any transactions. And so, slowly, we're seeing a system arise. Before this Ukrainian war, all of this was just theory, but now we're seeing things that can really spiral out of control.

Now, once a false prophet appears with miraculous powers to deceive, and basically, it's going to be the traditional Christianity that's going to just go right along and back it up. After all, they keep Sunday. They believe in all of these same things, and let's celebrate the pagan feast days and all of this. So, they have a lot in common. It's going to be those that keep the Sabbath and those who keep the holy days that are going to have a lot of trouble. So, the fifth point, it says the king of the south likely is going to be Islamic. He rises on the world scene. So, now we're going to have this Arab Islamic leader that is going to unify that whole area of the Middle East. Well, maybe they feel threatened by Russia or by what's going on here, or they're threatened by Europe. Something's going to unify them, and they're going to have a charismatic leader. Now, remember, Satan is moving all the strings in the background. So, these are people that allow Satan to use them, and then he provides power for them. Don't ever forget that. It's not just human beings in this scenario.

Six, the sacrifices begin in Jerusalem. The Jews actually have everything prepared to start the sacrifices.

Will it be a crisis again? Will it be an attack from some of these Arab or Islamic nations where Israel is going to pray to God and start the sacrifices? Something is going to trigger that. And believe me, with all the tumult and all the unrest that's going on in the world, it can happen faster or sooner than we expected. Number seven, Satan's great rebellion against God fails, and he is cast out with his angels to the earth. That's when things really get bad.

Then, he does have a short time where God removes the restraints on him.

And that's three and a half years. He'll have to have these people in position already, but now he enters them. He starts guiding them. And it says there in Revelation 12, 7 through 12, it says, woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because Satan has been thrown down, and he comes with great wrath. And of course, this is his period of time to do his bidding, his planning. But God has two persons that will appear at that time, which will be the countervailing power. These are the powers of righteousness, not darkness. Those are the two witnesses that will appear for that same amount of time. God always is going to have prophets to tell the world the truth, but these are not going to be believed in the great part.

They're going to be persecuted and hated. And why? Well, you have the false prophet saying that they are the false prophets, and he's going to have all the media behind them.

So, these are two converted and church leaders. We have no idea who God chooses, but we know we are going to back the two witnesses. They're going to be Sabbath and Holy Day keeping people, because they keep the commandments of God. And to look there, Revelation 12, 17 and 14, 12, it says that the church are those who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ or have the faith of Christ. So, there is light in the world. The truth has to continually be shown to the world. Continuing on, number nine. So, this actually begins the world war. The European invasion by the king of the north of Israel and the Middle East region. That's in Daniel 11, 40 through 44. Oil is very important, especially who imagined it was going to be six dollars a gallon. And Europe, it's 12 dollars a gallon. I just heard from our, he is our in-law, Vic the young's father that lives in Holland, and he says it's 12 dollars a gallon. So, these are things that the king of the north, he's going to solve. And Europe is going to secure its oil and gas.

Apparently, they're not going to get it very much longer from Russia.

And then, number 10, the church's work ends the stage of sending the gospel to the world. One day, God is going to say to the church, you've done enough, and now I'm going to have my two witnesses, plus the angels with the messages that will eventually go to the entire world. God's warning them. He's a father to everybody. He doesn't want to punish. He doesn't want them all to suffer under these plagues that are coming to the world.

Number 11, Jerusalem is conquered and the sacrifices are halted.

The abomination of desolation is set up for 1290 days. That is, 1290 days.

That is, 1290 days from the coming of Jesus Christ.

Look at all the scriptures there. When you have time.

And I always thought it was going to take time to do this. Well, did it take time for war in Europe to have the outbreak? No. How about COVID? It just started and a week later, we're all wearing masks and inside our houses. Lockdown. Number 12, the church flees to its place of refuge. So before everything breaks loose, God will take his church to a place of safety for three and a half years.

So what we've been doing for years, decades, faithfully keeping the Sabbath, keeping the holy days, supporting a work of love to the world, keeping the church going.

You know, God's going to reward that one day. And I don't care what age you are. If you are alive at that time, again, God has the last word. But I think he's going to heal and he's going to give power because he took the Israelites from Egypt. He didn't take the young men only. He took old people. He took all kinds of people that were ill. And guess what? During those 40 years, it says that their clothes on their backs didn't age. There wasn't this major sicknesses and things like that. God took care of them. He fed them and nourished them during those 40 years. He can do so again for three and a half years. That's not hard for God to do and provide the food necessary.

So to make it clear is that people don't have to go through the Great Tribulation period.

When I was talking to my daughter, my daughter thought, oh, we're going to go through the Great Tribulation and then God is going to finally protect us. No, it isn't that way. You're protected from the Great Tribulation that begins that three and a half year period. God did that with Noah and his family. He had them build an ark so they would be saved during the flood. He did that with Lot before he destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. He protected Lot and his family, although his wife wanted to turn back. She couldn't leave that lifestyle of Sodom. She wanted to go back, but for the rest they were protected. The church was protected when the Roman armies were going to lay siege on Jerusalem. At that time, God had his church go to a place called Pella and they were protected while all those left behind were slaughtered by the Romans. And then, number 13, the mark of the beast becomes compulsory during the Great Tribulation. So if you're left behind, you're going to have to go through that period where either you have the mark of the beast or you will end up in a concentration camp or something worse. But there's no tolerance, zero tolerance, when these men rise. They're not going to have any type of dissidence or resistance.

Number 14, the European attack. The northeastern nations. That's Russia, what we call Eurasia.

Because Russia is part of Europe and it has half of Russia is in Europe, half is in Asia. You have other Eurasian countries, Gog and Magog, basically make up this territory.

And this is called the first woe, Revelation 9. It's interesting that when the Europeans attack, it talks about a lot of flying machines going there. So it's going to be attack helicopters, modern airplanes, all kinds of things. It's going to be an air attack. That's why it talks about these armored helicopters, grasshopper types that John sees. And then number 15, the Russians and the Asians counter-attack the European Union, the second wall, Revelation 9, 13 through 21. It's very interesting. And here, it's not by air that they do this mostly, but by tanks. Heavy warfare.

Look what's happening in the Ukraine. They really still are very backward as far as managing the coordination of planes and doing all of this. But they're very good at heavy artillery and heavy equipment like tanks. And that's why it talks about not the flying grasshoppers, but actually these lion-like machines that are shooting from the serpent's tail and shooting sulfur and smoke. 16, Asiatic invasion reaches the area of Israel.

From Bible prophecy, the false prophet will be governing from Israel, from a temple that he has set up after the sacrifices. He is the abomination desolation.

And he'll have also a statue there, but it's also the beast that will come to that area. He will set up shop there. And then these Russian and Chinese hordes come into the area of Armageddon, which is the northern valley in Israel. And then they'll come down to Jerusalem. So, these Asiatic invasions, with their collective mindset of the Eurasians, helps gather such an army at 200 million in size. By the way, in 2022, the population of China was 1.4 billion. So, they by themselves can muster an army of 200 million.

And they are like in Ant Hill, where the leader says something and they will blindly follow them.

That's the way they've been programmed to do.

Number 17, the angels pour out the seven last plagues on mankind.

And then, number 18, the gathering of the armies at the valley of Armageddon, the Third War begins. So, these Asiatic, they gather an army and then they come down to Armageddon. This is where the Third Woe begins. Number 19, great signs appear in the heavens, preparing for Christ to appear. So, that's sort of like the announcement that Christ is intervening in this crazy world with all of these wars and all of this going on. He's going to put a stop to it.

Number 20, Christ comes to the earth. The nations lament. So, they're not going to want Christ to rule them. Probably the mass media at that time, they're going to say there's an invasion and here we got to stop them and whatever it is and people will be diluted and deceived by it.

They will lament and many will fight. Christ, they will come to Jerusalem to fight him.

Number 21, he defeats the Satan-influenced armies around Jerusalem and becomes the ruler of the world. No more war, no more of men ruling over men, exploiting them, and ending this nightmare that is man ruling the nations under the influence of Satan. And you have to see it for what it is. He is the secret spirit behind so much of this world.

And then, number 22, Satan is bound for a thousand years and is cast into a prison-like pit.

God's one thousand year reign begins. So, now Christ is going to resurrect the faithful from all the way back to the time of righteous Abel, all the way. And we are living in the 21st century.

We can be those resurrected during this period of time. Can you imagine how privileged that is to be part of those that will be faithful? So, before we finish, here are four mandates that we should remember.

Number one, we should continue to reject this world's false value and religious system to avoid the punishment that will come upon the entire earth.

If we become corrupted, we're going to end up with a world being punished by the world.

Everything we did in the church is not going to be worth anything. So, we have to continue to reject the world's false values and religious system. There in Revelation 18, it says, come out of her, my people. So, you will not participate and have to be punished with the plagues. Number two, we should continue to simplify our lives and not be swallowed up by the crass materialism that surrounds us. We can enjoy physical things, but not let them become the center of our lives, nor crave them. The parable of the seeds where it's sown, where the weeds are. Eventually, they choke the seed, and then it dies. It doesn't have growth, spiritual growth. And we have God's Spirit, but we have to nurture it. We have to take care of it. Don't let it be extinguished, because it can happen. Number three, prepare ourselves to become teachers of God's ways, learning the most in church to become faithful servers and leaders now, and in the kingdom of God. Yes, this is a spiritual university that you are attending. You are going to be future officers in God's kingdom. You are going to be part of the teachers that Christ is going to use. But first, you have to be good students. You have to really want to know these things before you can teach them to others. And this is also a spiritual gym.

We learn about spiritual exercises. We need to be praying, meditating, studying the Bible, occasional fasting, to really get close to God, to get rid of those sins that constantly harass us, and they suck the life out of us. We have to overcome with God's help, with Christ in us, but we have to do our part. And then lastly, number four, humbly strive to become an integrated part of the Bride of Christ, maintaining the unity of the faith, the spirit of service, and fully back the work of the Church.

Because God called us to back this work up. He could have done it by himself. He could have done it with angels. He would have done a much better job. But no, he's using human beings.

Their funds, their tithes, to carry out a work. He blesses it, but he also expects us to do our part.

So, brethren, times are really speeding up. I don't know what this situation in the war of Ukraine will eventually bring, but it's very dangerous. We're in a new time now, and we should get closer to God than ever before and pray Thy kingdom come.
