Unity is more important to God than we realize. The Father and Christ have perfect unity, and we must strive to resolve differences and work together for unity in the Church, in our families, and in all our relationships. The Holy Spirit leads to unity, NOT division.

Jim serves as an elder in the Big Sandy (East Texas), Texarkana, TX, and Ruston, LA congregations. He and his wife Laurel also enjoy traveling and visiting other UCG congregations. He attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas from 1990 – 1994 and currently works in the IT department of a local hospital. He enjoys watching and playing sports, and loves working with children. He and Laurel direct UCG preteen Camp Gilmont.
