As the 1,000-year reign of Jesus Christ begins, will all people immediately give their allegiance to the King of Kings? This sermon shows that the adoption of God's laws and rule will very likely be gradual, and the Kingdom of God will spread to some nations gradually, in fulfillment of Matthew 13:33.

This sermon was given by Mr. Hugh Buchanan several years ago.  Mr. Buchanan was an Elder in Western Maryland and died November 2021. We decided to use this appropriate message for the initial sermon for the Tucson Feast of Tabernacles Satellite site, 2022, to honor his many years of service to God's church.

Steve K Buchanan

Steve Buchanan, native of Maryland, has served in the ministry since 1975.  Steve and his wife Terri, have been married since 1976 and have lived in Tucson, Arizona with their family since 1988.

Steve is a volunteer Pastor of three United Church of God congregations, Tucson, Sierra Vista, Arizona, and El Paso, TX.  Steve has worked full time for the Church of God for 23 years, and retired from the Pharmaceutical industry in 2017, after 20 years in Sales.  Terri works for the Department of Medicine at the University of Arizona.
