Why do we keep the Passover when we do?  Why do we keep it the way we do?  Why do we keep the Night to Be Much Observed?  Why do we remove the leavening from our homes and eat unleavened bread for 7 days?  Why is it that we do so many things that are not done by traditional Christians?
