Are we the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve or did God guide our journey into existence by the forces of evolution? The wisdom of this world, particularly in Europe, is increasingly embracing the idea that we can accept both the teachings of the Bible and the theory of evolution. But are they really compatible?

Robert Gardenhire

Robert serves as an Elder in the San Diego Congregation of UCG. He and his wife Sheila were baptized in 1965. They have 3 grown children and 3 grand children. Robert was ordained a deacon in 1972 and an Elder in 1988. He and Sheila have served in the San Diego area their entire Christian life. Robert serves on the UCG Personal Correspondence team as well as in the local area in speaking and counseling. Robert is a retired Computer Technician and Sheila is a homemaker. Both Robert and Sheila enjoy the outdoors, whether at the beach or in the nearby mountains.
