Worthy to Escape and Stand Before God

Luke 21:36 tells us to pray that we be counted worthy to "escape all these things that will come to pass", but do we overlook the part that says, "and stand before God"? There is much more here than just saving our physical life. It is our eternal life that is important.

Ryan was born and raised in central Georgia. Baptized in 1997, he is a fourth-generation member of the Church of God. Ryan and wife, Nissa, have three children and one grandchild. Ryan serves as Pastor for the Youngstown (Ohio), Wheeling (West Virginia), and Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania) congregations. Ryan also served as the Council Reporter from May 2022 - May 2025.
