In this Biblical Worldview Bible FAQ episode, we explore the biblical origin of the Sabbath and why Saturday, not Sunday, is the true day of rest according to Scripture. We highlight the absence of biblical authority for changing the Sabbath to Sunday, tracing this shift to early Christian influences and Roman persecution.
