Some Christians DON'T Keep Lent… Why Not?

Something’s not right about Lent. Taken on its own, it seems fine — some of the practices are even great if done in the right spirit — but a closer look reveals a tradition with Scripture-defying symbolism that can lead us away from the Holy Days God Himself commands us to observe.

In addition to serving as the host for Magnified, Micah is a script writer, producer, and content creator. He is a 3rd generation Christian living in Columbus, Ohio and serves as a deacon in his home congregation. He graduated from Ambassador Bible College in 2019  and served on the program’s staff after graduation. Micah operates his own theology and apologetics podcast called “Truth Be Told,” and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
