The Passover is a memorial of the death of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. Partaking of the symbols of His broken body and shed blood means the we have been selected to know and understand God's purpose. Being chosen as one of the Elect to know God's truth carries sobering responsibilities. We can't approach this event lightly.
