Leadership is the ability to influence a group to meet a specific objective and is a much-sought after skill in our modern world. When inspecting the leadership of Moses and Jesus Christ, certain characterisitcs of both leadership and followship (being a follower) come to light. We are called first to follow before we can lead, and we learn that we must be competent followers before we can be competent leaders.
