This message draws encouragement for our faith from the first journey of Paul and Barnabas. Throughout the account, we see the grace of God at work. We see the brethren being established and encouraged in the faith. And, we see the that it will not be smooth sailing, for there is trouble for Paul and Barnabas all along the way. They hang on despite all the obstacles.

Andy Diemer is the pastor of the Fort Myers, Florida congregation and the associate pastor serving the congregations in Ft. Lauderdale and Vero Beach, Florida. He served as the pastor of the churches in New England from 2014 to 2021. He was baptized into the Church in 1981 and ordained as an elder in 2011. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Cleveland State University. He had a thirty-year career in manufacturing before being hired by the UCG in 2014.
