Is God Real

A fundamental question to all Christianity is "Is God Real"?  Do you believe that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh and died for the sins of mankind?  At the time of the very end, there will come a great trial upon the world and at its core will be whether or not one believes in God and whether one will repent or not.
