(00:00) so if you've been following this series you know that I have been working on uh I have been working on this Ambassador Bible College uh not it was an ambassador college uh I don't know maybe an entrance exam or something I don't I just found it online and it had a whole bunch of questions like 60 some questions and I thought it was fascinating to kind of go through and see them and answer them and so I've linked that in previous messages I'll probably try to find a way to link that in this one just to make sure everybody
(00:25) who wants one can have one we're on the last question of the Old Testament here question number 18 now question 18 has a blank and then it says keeping the Feast of Tabernacles in the Millennium now I do try to remember that our audience has a has is mixed between those who are very literate biblically uh who have been in the church perhaps for a very long time and yet we have some that are not uh so experienced with their Bibles and are maybe on the more more on the front end of of their learning so this message will be one I I
(01:04) think that will benefit uh that will benefit newer people who who just don't know what's going to be happening uh when it comes to the millennial period maybe don't fully understand keeping the holy days and all of that so tonight gives us an opportunity to explore those issues but you know the interesting thing about God's holy days is how they reveal to us his Plan of Salvation it is a plan that is hidden from this world none of the religions of this world understand what God is doing and so it's a true blessing for us to have been able
(01:40) to keep for those of us who've been keeping the holy days me since I since I was a boy um we've learned over decades for me for decades for sure and I know many of you for decades we've learned how these holy days teach us the plan of God they they are God's road map to Salvation and that is of course the plan he's working out for all of humanity a lot of people and that's why this is kind of important a lot of people think that the holy days uh are Jewish that that they are just for the Jews and that they were done away after
(02:14) Christ's death but the Bible tells a very different story about that in fact the holy days are not only still in effect but they're going to be required to be kept in the future Zechariah 14 is the answer to tonight's Bible study quiz question about keeping the Feast of Tabernacles in the Millennium so let's go ahead and turn over to Zechariah Chapter 14 where we read this prophecy about the future Zachariah 14 and verse 16 says it shall come to pass that everyone who was left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem now that's talking
(02:58) about after Christ returns you might remember that there's going to be a great upheaval of people a great military army comes together to to revolt against Jesus Christ when he returns to this earth to establish the governments of God and of course this massive Army is led by Satan the devil who resists and does nothing has nothing does not want anything to do with God's government does not want God's government to rule this Earth Satan has been made the god or the ruler of this age and over this Earth and so
(03:31) Christ is coming to put his government down uh including all of the governments of men and to establish God's government on this Earth and when that happens mankind is not going to like it and so they're going to fight against him so that's the context here we're talking about after Christ returns but it says here that of all the nations that are left which come up against or came up against Jerusalem they shall go up from here they shall go up from year to year to worship the king the Lord of hosts and to keep the Feast of
(04:03) Tabernacles so this is clearly a post return of Christ or a beginning of Millennium context and it says that they will come up to worship the king the Lord of hosts and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles during this Millennial Reign so it's clear that this is what's going to happen so in other words God's holy days are not just history they future they're not therefore the feasts of the Jews and we'll see again that tonight uh that these are not the feasts of the Jews these are the feasts of God why is this so
(04:38) important well in part because as I said right as it began this the holy days unveil or reveal the plan of God and the Feast of Tabernacles pictures the very PE the the very time period of the Millennium after which Christ returns and so Christ returns he fulfills the holy day itself the Feast of Tabernacles and yet that same Feast will be kept after Christ has returned of course we know that this is going to be a time ultimately when peace and righteousness and Truth are going to fill the Earth God's government is going to Reign Over
(05:19) All of the earth so this Festival along with the rest of God's appointed times they're going to serve as a teaching tool for those who survive into the Millennium but it doesn't stop there after the second Resurrection when billions of people are brought back to life and they're finally given their opportunity to follow God the holy days will be observed for them as well they're going to be a show or they're going to show all of mankind the way to Salvation it's going to prepare them for eternal life in God's
(05:56) kingdom the world today does not understand God's plan but we do we have had our our minds our eyes open to see the truth and through these holy days we have the privilege of Walking In step with that plan right now as called out ones as first fruits in God's plan so in this message what we're going to do is we're going to explore how the holy days reveal God's plan what they symbolize and why they will be kept in the Millennium and Beyond so we're going to disc we're going to discuss these things so I want to start with number Point number one
(06:30) tonight I have three points for you this evening as we walk through this the first point is the holy day's picture God's Plan of Salvation it's this is so fundamental and I've I've said it but I want to demonstrate that uh for uh for all of us this evening when God established his Hool days he did not do so randomly they were not created as traditions for the Israelites to follow without meaning or purpose he didn't just give them things to do uh that's not what their purpose was each of the holy days is designed by God to reveal
(07:03) his plan for Humanity these festivals are not just about history they show us step by step how God is bringing mankind into his kingdom and of course most people today do not know this religions today do not know this they don't understand this they assume that the holy days were Jewish they're no longer relevant yet the Bible tells us that these are God's festivals turn with me back now to Leviticus chap 23 where a very very important statement is made Leviticus chap 23 we'll begin right with with verse one
(07:47) here Leviticus 23 where it says and the Lord spoke to Moses saying speak to the children of Israel and say to them the feasts of the Lord which you shall Proclaim to be holy convocations these are my feasts now this is a very important understanding because again those people who think that that the holy days of the Old Testament which are outlined right here in Leviticus chapter 23 for us they think that those are they're part of the old Covenant that they're that they're Jewish that they're you I I grew up in the church and so
(08:21) when I was in school they would say that I that I kept Jewish dayses that I was maybe I was like a Jew in that way but but God says these aren't Jews these these aren't the feasts of the Jews these are my feasts so they're the feasts of God that's a very important distinction for us to understand when we look at the holy days as a whole then we can see that they outline God's work of Salvation from beginning to end the first three festivals take place in this spring which represents the first phase of God's plan salvation
(08:57) beginning with Christ sacrifice and and the calling of the first Fruit Harvest which is which is includes us today and then of course the final four take place in the fall picturing Christ's return his Millennial Reign and the ultimate fulfillment of God's Kingdom so the first step in God's plan is Passover which represents the sacrifice of Jesus Christ he was the Lamb of God who died so that our sins could be forgiven the Israelites in Egypt were saved from death when the blood of the Lamb was placed on their doorpost you can read
(09:33) about that in Exodus but in the same way we're saved from Eternal death through the blood of Christ 1 Corinthians chapter 5 Paul talks about this 1 Corinthians chapter 5 and verse 7 well that's let's yeah verse 7 here it says therefore Purge out the old leaven that you may be a new lump since you truly are unleavened for indeed Christ Our Passover was sacrificed for us so immediately following the Passover so in other words the plan does doesn't even begin unless there's a way for us sinners to be reconciled to God and so
(10:35) when we sin each and every one of us when we sin the scripture says very plainly that the the wages of sin the earnings what we have earned is death and in that same verse it describes eternal life coming from Christ so we know then that the wages of sin are Eternal death because only salvation eternal life can come through the shed blood of Our Savior Jesus Christ and of course following the Passover which pictures this sacrifice of Jesus Christ we enter into the days of Leaven bread and of course Jesus Christ is the ultimate unleavened bread
(11:10) because the days of unleavened bread leavening pictures sin and Jesus Christ had no sin so he is and lived an unleavened life and so we practice the days of unleavened bread which pictures putting sin out of our lives and we do that for seven days as in is commanded now this is a very powerful lesson that shows us what true conversion is it's not only accepting Christ sacrifice but also making a commitment to live a new way of life without sin we're still here in 1 Corinthians chapter 5 we read verse S now let's read verse 8 therefore Paul
(11:50) says let us keep the feast not with the old leaven nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth so we're supposed to be learning the lesson and this is why we keep this Feast each year that we're supposed to be putting sin out of our lives and becoming like our savior who died for our sins so it is a true transformation and change of our life and these days of unleavened bread picture that transformation that begins with us but the next step in God's plan
(12:23) is the day of Pentecost or the day of first fruits or the Feast of Weeks as it's also so called this is the day in the New Testament in Acts chapter 2 when God gave His Holy Spirit to the church and that begins a new phase of his work because it represents the calling of the first fruits but also giving them the very power that they need each and every one of us needs in order to be able to overcome sin so here we see the sacrifice of Christ through the Passover and then we have the days of unleavened bread picturing the need to put s out of
(13:00) our Lives to become like our sacrifice Jesus Christ the day of Pentecost comes to help us to understand that we cannot do that without the power of the Holy Spirit and so God gave us and he established his church on the day of Pentecost as recorded in the book of ACS 31 ad let's just quickly turn over there Acts chapter 2 again remembering we have a varied audience and I want to make sure everyone follows along here so Acts chapter 2:1 it says when the day of Pentecost had fully come meaning had fully arrived they were all with one Accord in
(13:41) one place and suddenly there came a sound from Heaven as of a rushing Mighty Wind and it filled the whole house where they were sitting then there appeared to them tongues uh divided tongues as of fire and one sat upon each of them and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues as the spirit gave them utterance so here we are the day of Pentecost 50 days after the wave sheath offering is offered during the days of unleavened bread at the time of Christ uh at the time that he died
(14:14) remember he was resurrected on Saturday late afternoon and Sunday morning before he would allow anyone to touch him he ascended to heaven to present himself as our wave sheath offering which fulfilled the symbolism that is Tak that takes place during the days of unleavened bread and had taken place during the days of unleavened bread in ancient Israel that same wave sheath offering represented Jesus Christ so Christ fulfilled that when he ascended to the father and presented himself as our wave sheep 50 days from that day is the day
(14:43) of Pentecost and that is the day that we celebrate today the day of Pentecost on with the exact same count and for the same purpose Jesus Christ started the church he promised he would do that and he did in fact do that now obviously the feast days don't stop there those are the first three and and you notice that the emphasis is upon the first fruits that the first harvest and all of that culminates at the day of Pentecost when two loaves of Leaven bread are baked and then presented on that day of Pentecost and so that's the
(15:20) culmination of the first fruits portion but there is a latter in a larger Harvest that is pictured by the final four holy days in the plan of God and that begins with the day of trumpets 1 Thessalonians 4 1 Thessalonians 4: 16 And1 17 remind us for the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout with the voice of an archangel and with the trumpet of God and the dead in Christ will rise first then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air
(16:02) and thus we shall always be with the Lord therefore Comfort one another with these words so here Paul is reminding us that the plan of God on this Earth today culminates with the return of Jesus Christ meaning that where we begin with Christ sacrific then we have the calling of the first fruits and that time is now where we are still being called out of this world God is still calling first fruits that time will end no more first fruits will be called when Jesus Christ returns we move into the next phase of God's plan when Christ returns and he
(16:42) returns on the day of trumpets it's pictured by the day of trumpets and of course we have all of the end time events including the the tribulation which is the wrath of Satan and then of course the day of the Lord which is the wrath of God taking Vengeance for all of the evil of man culminating then of course in the return of Jesus Christ to this earth following this is the day of atonement now that pictures Satan being removed and the world being fully reconciled to God it is a beautiful beautiful holy day and it's important to
(17:23) understand that its symbolism is pictured by two goats and those goats represent Jesus Christ one does the other represents Satan and it's I know that there are some that are struggling with this idea but Satan must be deposed as the God of this world he has to be toppled like any Kingdom that comes in and conquers another Nation the king of that nation is deposed he is taken from his throne and a new king the king of the Conquering Nation comes in and deposes him and he reigns in his stead but that first king must be removed and
(17:57) this is exactly what Christ is going to to do there will not be two rulers here Jesus Christ is not going to share a throne or share Authority with Satan over this Earth he is going to put down all governments including Satan so it's very important to understand that in the day of atonement picture Satan being removed being cast into the bottomless pit and not being able to deceive the Nations anymore what follows then of course is this 1,00 year period that we call the Millennium and that's pictured by the Feast of Tabernacles
(18:31) Zechariah 14:16 says that we're going to be keeping this Feast of Tabernacles during that Millennial period so not only does the holy day picture this period of time but this holy day will be kept during that period of time isn't that interesting to think about how God wants people to learn about his feasts by continuing to do those feasts after Christ has returned Isaiah chapter 2 2 veres 2 and 3 Isaiah 2: 2 and 3 speaking of this future time says now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord's house
(19:19) shall be established on the top of the mountains and mountains prophetically refer to kingdoms or governments and so the mountain or the kingdom of God of the Lord's House it says shall be established on top of the mountains that's all the governments of men and shall be exalted above all the hills those are the minor governments of men and All Nations shall flow to it many people shall come and say come let us go up to the mountain of the Lord to the house of the god of Jacob he will teach us his ways is that's the point of this
(19:54) Millennial period think about who's going to be there you have an entire you have an entire people that have survived the incredibly horrible times of all of the final plagues all of those seven trumpets culminating in the day of the Lord and the return of Jesus Christ with bows and plagues and destruction and death many will live through that they're going to go into the millennial period having survived all of that but never having had their eyes opened to the truth they have lived a life being deceived by Satan as the scripture
(20:31) says the whole world is deceived so they're going to go into this Millennial period and having the deception removed as Satan is put away pictured by the day of atonement they're going to have their first opportunity to see and understand the truth for the first time in their life and that's what this Millennial period pictures and so as th this people who've never known God enters now this new age alive physically they're going to see that the Son of God is going to rule and Reign very differently than any government has
(21:07) ever ruled or reigned on this Earth before he's going to rule yes with a rod of iron in the sense that there will be no variation or deviation from God establishing his law that will be the law that is kept as imperfect as human beings will be there will be no alternative law there will be God's law and so this this is what's pictured by this day and of course it says here that we read here that he will teach us his ways and that's what's going to be happening for those people during the millennial period and of course after
(21:41) that we have the eighth day or what we historically in the church have called the last great day and this represents the second Resurrection when all who have ever lived will be given their choice their chance to know God's truth this would be the final step in God's plan for bringing men to Glory as as the scripture says bringing money many sons to Glory when God offers eternal life to all of humanity Revelation chapter 20 in which we recently been reading in the series I've been doing on Hebrews chapter 6 veres 1 and 2 we get to Revelation 20 as
(22:26) we're dealing with the resurrections we're dealing with judgment periods and so forth verse 12 of Revelation 20 says and I saw the dead small and great standing before God and books were opened those are the books of the Bible and another book was opened which is The Book of Life and the dead were judged according to their works by the things which were written in the books of the Bible and so this shows that there's going to be another period of judgment so we have period of I'm going to be going through this in depthly in my next sermon on
(23:02) Eternal judgment but essentially we in the church are under judgment now the people that survive the return of Jesus Christ are going to be under judgment during the Millennium and when all of the rest of mankind who have never known God are resurrected in the second Resurrection after the Millennium they're going to be given their time of judgment where they have an opportunity also to choose and that is what's pictured by The Eighth Day in God's plan so we see then from the beginning of the Passover all the way through the end of
(23:32) the eth day we see God's plan being revealed to us through his annual festivals now why will the holy days be a teaching tool for in the world tomorrow well when Jesus Christ Returns the world will not instantly be at peace you know think about how is God going to reach human beings I've been meditating on this quite a bit trying to think to myself how is is Jesus Christ going to bring about all the governments of all the government of God across all of the earth how's how's he going to is it going to be instant I was thinking
(24:08) about how he in the when we read about uh Israel going into the promised land God told them that he was not going to displace all of the governments of those men instantly but he allowed for them to be conquered over time in an orderly fashion and I think that's probably what we're going to be seeing in the Millennium there's no other explanation how we see in scripture a second event called Gog and Magog which happens after Christ returns when many peoples look upon the unwalled cities of Jerusalem and think let's go and capture all of
(24:45) the riches of this unwalled city how can they possibly think that this is uh an okay thing to do when G if Jesus Christ is truly right away governing the entire Earth I just think it's going to be a more methodical process and he's going to have to be teaching people over time and then he'll be teaching these nations to come up to Jerusalem to celebrate the feasts why because they teach the plan of God it is the one of the look if it's a useful tool for us it's a useful tool for everyone and God is clearly but when
(25:19) he says that they're going to have to come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles he's telling us I'm going to be using the same tool to teach during the Millennium and if he's going to be teaching during the millennium he's going to be teaching during the second Resurrection same exact teaching tools are going to be used but you know imagine these people that are coming into the millennial period they have no idea why and what's going on they don't have any idea what's coming up they're they have to come to terms with the fact that Jesus Christ
(25:47) has returned that there are now these these Spirit beings all around first fruits that have been turned into Spirit beings to serve Jesus Christ ruling and reigning with him to Esta Lish this government across the whole earth people have to come to terms with all of this I don't think it's going to be super easy to do that you know the world has spent thousands of years rejecting God's laws replacing them with what false religions human Traditions man-made holidays whatever but none of it had anything to do with God's
(26:17) truth that's going to change when Christ establishes the kingdom of God the holy days are going to be restored and for the first time in human history All Nations will be required ired to observe them notice Isaiah 66 Isaiah chapter 66 Isaiah 66 and verse 23 says and it shall come to pass that from one new moon to another from one Sabbath to another All Flesh shall come to worship before me says the Lord God's ways are no longer going to be hidden or ignored everyone will be required to learn his truth his Commandments his
(27:14) plan for salvation and the holy days are going to serve as an annual reminder of this truth we're going to be keeping the Sabbath we're going to be keeping the holy days we're going to be doing these things because they are teaching tools reinforcing what people need to be taught about Jesus Christ and they're going to be taught by Jesus Christ and his resurrected Saints who are ruling with him they're not going to be seen as Jewish they're not going to be seen as outdated they're going to be understood as God's appointed times they are
(27:44) revealing his plan for all of humanity of course the world is then going to enter a period of great transformation Christ is going to be rebuilding ruined cities he's going to be Healing The Sick he's going to be restoring the land but of course the most remarkable transformation is going to be human nature it's going to be spiritual the nations are going to have to unlearn of course thousands of years of deception they're going to be taught God's truth from the beginning this is why the holy days will be Central to
(28:18) Christ's government they're going to be used to teach the Nations who God is what he expects and what his purpose is for them Micah chapter 4 Micah chapter 4 and verse two many nations Micah 4:2 many nations will come and say come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord to the house of the god of Jacob he will teach us his ways and we will walk in his paths for out of Zion the law shall go forth the word of the Lord from Jerusalem the world has never known true peace because it's never followed God's law the Feast of Tabernacles in
(29:09) particular is going to be a time when the nations are going to gather before Christ to learn how to live in peace how to obey God how to build righteousness they're going to learn that God's way leads to life while the way of sin leads to destruction and so this Feast of Tabernacles is going to serve also as a time of rejoicing showing the world that the blessings that come from obedience to God are going to be available to them for the first time nations are going to experience what it means to live under Christ's
(29:45) rule by obedience to experience real abundance joy and Harmony they're going to see that God's way works Psalms 67:4 Psalms chapter 67 verse 4 oh let the Nations be glad and sing for Joy for you shall judge the people righteously and govern the nations of the Earth but not everyone of course is going to accept this immediately some nations are going to resist Christ's rule at first Zachariah 14 verse 17 now we read verse 16 describing that God's going to be establishing his holy days as the teaching tool again
(30:48) of the millennial period but notice verse 17 where God says and it shall be Zechariah 14:17 and and it shall be that whichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the king the Lord of hosts on them there will be no rain if the family of Egypt will not come up and enter in they shall have no rain they shall receive the plague with which the Lord strikes the Nations who do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles this shall be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the
(31:24) nations that do not come to keep the Feast of Tabernacles so God is saying I'm not going to accept misbehavior I'm not going to accept Disobedience there will be consequences if you do not obey so we see that you know the the world for Generations has lived in spiritual blindness not knowing that they were born or not knowing why they were born or what their purpose is but the holy days May make that purpose clear and so God is saying I'm going to require you to keep my holy days to learn you're going to learn
(32:04) about who I am you're going to learn who Jesus Christ is you're going to learn what my Plan of Salvation is and you're going to practice and rehearse that every year through these holy days to open your eyes and your mind to see people are going to learn that through the first holy days they're going to learn that through the Passover that Jesus Christ is our sacrifice that very God that rules over them who's here on this Earth is their savior same as he was ours he is theirs in real time there they're going to learn through the Feast
(32:36) of unleavened bread that what Christ wants from each and every one of us is to put the sin out of our Lives to choose a better way of life he's going to show them through the Feast of Pentecost that they need his Holy Spirit in order to be able to do that and so God is going to make his Spirit available to all men throughout the entire Earth as many as who who will choose to have it and of course then we get to the Feast of trumpets which represents that moment when Christ returned to save these very people from
(33:08) destruction and they're going to understand that the reason they lived under blindness was because of Satan who on the day of atonement was put away so that they could be reconciled to God and they're going to experience in real time the Feast of Tabernacles picturing this peaceful reign of Jesus Christ and the blessings that come from living in harmony with God's law but even the Millennium is not the final step in God's plan Nations will also be taught about the eighth day that final step in God's plan which
(33:42) represents the time when all who have ever lived will be resurrected and given their first opportunity to know God billions of people are going to be brought back to learn the same truths that are taught during the millennium Ezekiel CH 37:14 Ezekiel 37:14 of course we remember this as the Valley of the dry bones because it specifically discusses Israel Israelites coming back to life as human beings but this is also for the whole world this Resurrection is For All Mankind Ezekiel 37 vers verse 14 says I will put my spirit in you and you
(34:34) shall live and I will place you in your own land then you shall know that I the Lord have spoken it and performed it says the Lord so the holy days are going to be the foundation of re-educating the world they're going to serve as literal lessons reinforcing the Great spiritual truths that have been lost to to human beings for thousands of years the nations are finally going to understand that these appointed times were not just for ancient Israel they were given for all people for all time this is why Christ is going to require All Nations
(35:14) to keep them they're not outdated you know rituals they're the key to Understanding God's plan and for the very first time when Christ Returns the world is going to be able to see the full picture of salvation and experience the blessings of living God's way of life so these holy days of God are God's teachings tools they're going to continue to be observed throughout the millennial period and Beyond because they are God's teaching tools annual reminders that Humanity has a purpose Humanity has a future Humanity has a
(35:50) place in God's family the third point I want to make this evening is is the holy days will continue after the second Resurrection if these holy days are the teaching tool of the Millennium if they are the teaching tool of the first fruits then they're going to be the teaching tool of the second Resurrection during this final period of judgment it's going to be a time of incredible restoration when Christ rules this Earth and and and remakes it into a Garden of Eden and it is it is this restored Earth that all of those billions of people are
(36:32) going to be resurrected into it'll be a time where Christ has established over a thousand years the government of God across the entire Earth and the entire Earth now is keeping the holy days everyone is keeping the holy days and nations are sending their people to Jerusalem every year to keep the feasts now these billions of people that are resurrected are going to come up into this world world you think they're going to have any idea what they're seeing and what's going on honestly most people today have no
(37:06) idea what happens during the Millennium and they have no idea what's coming after the Millennium and so there's no real knowledge or understanding that God has a plan for all of mankind you know most people today I was just watching a thing last night and most people today I was watching a debate where a a modern Protestant Minister was trying to explain and answer the question that so many young Protestants have what happens to these millions of peoples and innocent babies and so forth and you know one of the answers that this guy gave when he
(37:38) was asked well the classic question a guy somehow falls off into the desert he's never heard anything about Jesus Christ lives and dies never having heard of who Jesus Christ is this guy has no hope and the answer that was given by this Protestant preacher was have you considered the fact that God may know that this person never would have responded and I think that is a terrible understanding it's it's really hopeless and it assumes that to some degree almost that that God's looking on the heart now of people that are blinded it
(38:17) ignores the reality that Satan has blinded this world to the truth there's no answer for that there really is no answer for that in modern religions today but God has an answer for that he's allowed that blindness we need to understand that God has done that on purpose so he's going to give everyone a real opportunity that man that they described in that question as being in the desert is going to die and he's going to be resurrected in the second Resurrection Revelation 20 and verse 5 it says of this period of time Revelation
(38:56) chapter 20 and verse 5 where it says but the rest of the dead that's everyone else who's ever lived and died did not live again until the thousand years were finished this is what the eth day pictures the thousand years have finished and now everyone else being resurrected to be given their opportunity to finally hear the truth to see it with their very own eyes the world is being run by God not by Satan God's government Reigns Supreme it's a virtual Garden of Eden it's beautiful everywhere you look and people are
(39:29) coming up they're keeping the feast days they're living by the laws of God humanity is living a moral life and these people are going to come into this world and they're going to be given a choice they're going to be healed and they're going to have the deception removed they're going to be able to see for the first time in their life and compare God's way to Satan's way because Satan's going to be loosed at the same period of time Ezekiel 37 back to that chapter in ezek where we were just reading about the resurrection of the Israelites which
(40:02) pictures also the resurrection of all of mankind and given their opportunity in the second Resurrection Ezekiel 37 then vers 13 and 14 says then you shall know that I am the Lord when I have opened your Graves oh my people and brought you up from your Graves I will put my spirit in you and you shall live and I will place you in your own land then you shall know that I the Lord have spoken it and performed it this is the time when that vast majority of humanity is going to finally have their opportunity the veil is going
(40:39) to be lifted and they're going to be able to see with their very own eyes many that you know all of these people who are coming up if you've come up in the second Resurrection that's because you lived and died in ignorance you did not know God God is going to give everyone a fair choice not a choice of a partial truth not a choice out of some deception absolute Crystal Clear understanding and two Clear Choices and God wants everyone to have an open eyed choice for salvation so that means the holy days are going to be just as Cru crucial for
(41:18) this period of time to teach these people the same things the people needed to learn during the Millennium and so the holy days are going to teach the resurrected billions about God's plan it's going to show them how he worked throughout history to bring Humanity into his kingdom each year they're going to observe these holy days these appointed times and they're going to come to understand the meaning behind them Christ sacrifice at Passover the calling of the first fruits the days of unleavened bread and putting sin out of
(41:48) our life the giving of the Holy Spirit The Return of Jesus Christ at trumpets Satan's removal and our rec Mankind's reconciliation to God by atonement the peaceful reign of Jesus Christ which was for a thousand years and now that period of time ends and we're going to have people still keeping year by year the same feast days they're going to be taught to keep those feast days and they're going to see that this the reason that this world looks the way that it does is because for a thousand years Jesus Christ has reigned on this
(42:20) Earth and he has established the government of God over the face of the Earth and all nations came to worship God and to keep the feasts of God to learn and to know and to understand the plan of God and then of course they'll be taught about the eth day the time pictured by their Resurrection as they stand on this Earth learning and seeing and having the chance to truly choose for themselves notice back in Revelation that they're not judged instantly you know this is what the world tends to think is going to happen at the end of
(42:56) life is that you're is summed up and the Good's on one side and the bad's on the other and you better hope you got more good than you got bad or you're going to go to the wrong place but that's not actually what the scripture says notice here in Revelation 20 and: 12 again where it says and I saw the dead small and great standing before God and books were open the Holy Bible is open that's the books of the Bible were described there and another book was opened which is The Book of Life and the dead were judged according to their
(43:26) works by the things which were written in the books so God's going to take the Bible he's going to hold up the standard by which all men will be evaluated and he's going to look at what people do the same thing he's doing with us now which is giving us time to live to make choices to suffer consequences and to have decisions made for oursel where we choose no matter how hard it is no matter what life throws at us we're going to be faithful to God imperfectly without being spirit born children of God so long as we're physical we are
(44:00) going to be imperfect vessels but we desire that we choose that the same choice will be set during the millennial period on all of mankind when they have the shackles removed and Satan's deception put away they're going to have the same choice and ultimately on the eth day they have the same Choice before them that means that they get to walk a walk they get to try and they get to experiment living God's way they get to make choices and suffer consequences the same as us and ultimately to choose just as in the Millennium some
(44:49) are going to reject this opportunity there are going to be those who refuse to submit to God's way who are going to reject his truth truth in his festivals and God is not going to force people to live his way of life for eternity he's just not going to do it at the end of this period a final judgment is going to take place a time when those who reject salvation will face the second death we're here in Revelation 20 let's read here in verse 15 it says in anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the Lake of Fire this
(45:24) is the second death and of course that's where God's going to put people who choose of and by themselves clear-minded no deception they make the choice to reject God I understand it's hard to picture that some would do that but there will be those that do that uh you know you look at Satan and you have to ask who was who was around to deceive Satan when Satan fell the answer is there was no one Satan fell of his own volition from his own thinking from his own self-deception and so mankind doesn't need Satan to cause us to Rebel people
(46:06) are going to make that choice on their own but God's not going to have an eternity where people are rebelling against him and so there's going to be a final judgment period a final separation it'll be the last time that sin rebellion and the rejection of God's truth is going to exist after this God is going to to create a new Heaven and a new Earth and the holy days will have served their purpose in leading Humanity to eternal life in the kingdom of God so they're they're not just about the past they're about the they're God's
(46:44) blueprint for the for the future and they're going to be essential they're essential for us to know God's plan today as first fruits they're going to be essential during the Millennium and they're going to be essential for those who live after the millennial period God is going to always use for human beings born physically into this world God is always using his holy days to teach us about his plan that's why we observe them today not because of their historical significance not because ancient Israel kept them but because they reveal what
(47:20) is still to come what God is doing salvation as God is working it out they reveal God plan without these holy days we simply cannot fully understand what God is working out in the lives of human beings and his ultimate goal of bringing us into his kingdom as sons and daughters so these are not just ancient observances they're not only for a specific group of people say the Jews for example which so many in the world seem to think is what they're for but they're God's appointed times they reveal his Plan of Salvation ation for
(47:57) all of humanity from the first Passover to the final judgment and the creation of a new Heaven and a new Earth each Festival outlines a step in God's master plan these holy days have been kept by God's people throughout history and as we have seen they will continue to be kept in the Millennium and Beyond because they're Central to God's work with Humanity you know when Christ Returns the world will not instantly know know God's truth the Nations will need to be taught they're going to need to be guided they're going to need to be
(48:33) corrected the holy days are going to serve as an annual reminder of God's purpose teaching the survivors of the Great Tribulation how to live in righteousness then after the Millennium billions who have never known God will be resurrected and given their first opportunity to understand God's way these same holy days that we observe today are going to help them learn what has been hidden from them throughout history Isaiah chapter 25 let's conclude with this tonight Isaiah chapter 25 verse 7 Isaiah 257 says and he will destroy on
(49:16) this mountain the surface of the covering cast over all people and the veil that is spread over all nations God is going to take that Veil away and give every everyone an opportunity for the first time to finally see the truth God's holy days show us where we are in his plan and they give us hope for what is still to come they're not relics of the past they're the road map to the Future in God's kingdom the time is coming when all people will keep them and the world will finally know the fullness of God's salvation
