Sometimes the Bible is hard to understand by those reading it today. One reason is that very few understand ancient Greek or Hebrew; we read translations or paraphrases of the original texts. Another reason is because much of what we read in the Bible is taught by rabbis and rabbis had ways of teaching not commonly understood today. When we study and understand the methods these men used to teach, understanding the Bible is much easier.

Bob serves in the Raleigh, North Carolina , congregations. He and his wife Anna have two grown sons. Bob is currently retired. He has a degree from the University of Illinois in Aeronautical Engineering and from Ambassador College. Anna also attended the University of Illinois and Ambassador College. Bob has been an ordained Elder since 1990.
