In addition to tending a flock, a shepherd must also rear a flock, which is a focus on the future. Our current electoral process is discussed, along with governments in history, with a focus on David, who will be a future shepherd in God's kingdom. And we can all learn from who the Bible describes is our Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ.
