The Great White Throne [thronos] versus Judgement Seat [Bemas] provides equal opportunity salvation to everyone who has ever lived. The God on the Great White Throne is both merciful and just, not vicarious and vengeful. This is consistent with such famous passages as John 3:16 and Hebrews 4:16 that depict Him and His throne as an extender of love and grace.
