Two Important Questions

Am I Growing and Am I Serving?

This sermon applies both to those who have already been baptized and to prospective members who are looking ahead wondering what to expect after being baptized. Repenting of and discontinuing major sinful actions is a wonderful achievement, but spiritual growth must not stop there. After stopping the bad things, one must do many good things for the rest of one’s life! One must continue to grow spiritually and seek ways to serve God, serve the Church, serve our brethren, and serve people in general. We are disciples learning to be workers. We will have a huge responsibility assisting Jesus Christ after He returns!
