As David writes in Psalm 23, "so what" if we go through the valley of the shadow of death when the Lord is our Shepherd and we can truly fear no evil? Let's review one of the prime examples of living by this mentality in the life of Joseph. As God was with him and showed him favor — and as He will again bring together the whole family of Israel — we can be assured God is with us through our valley journey and in the end, we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
