Seven is the number of completion and one of the major themes of the 7 Days of Unleavened Bread has always been "the eventual victory over sin." God promises that eventually sin will be completely removed from our life and eventually from the whole universe. Before the Days of Unleavened Bread began, we removed all leaven from our homes and vehicles and during these days we avoid all leaven, which pictures sin. Ex. 12:17 says to keep the Days of Unleavened Bread because God brought Israel out of Egypt, which pictures sin, passing through the Red Sea on the last night of this festival. So by the conclusion of this festival, will you have victory over sin?
