Covid-19 Protocols for Jamaica

Public

Since the Feast of Tabernacles is still 6 months away, there is no way to know for sure what the Covid-19 Protocols will be for Jamaica in September.  However, the Government of Jamaica has stated that they will not shut the country down to Tourists.

You can find the up-to-date Protocols at: TravelAuthorization (visitjamaica.com)

As of this post, tourists traveling to Jamaica are required to have received a Negative Covid-19 PCR or Antigen test within 3 days of their travel date.

Once they arrive in Jamaica, tourists are required to stay in the Resilient Corridor, which includes most of the North side of the Island.  The Iberostar Beach Hotel, and the most popular tourist spots are in the Resilient Corridor.

Tourists are not required to be in quarantine when they arrive.  They will be allowed to proceed to their hotel and other approved locations within the Resilient Corridor.
