Matthew 18: From Theory to Application

When someone offends or sins against you, how should you handle the situation? In theory, we know we're supposed to "go to our brother", but what does that actually look like? What should be our motivation when addressing another person's errors against us—how do we deal with damaged relationships within the Church of God?
