On Feast of Pentecost 31 AD, God began to build his holy temple, one of His greatest works. God’s essence, His holy spirit began to dwell in man. On that Pentecost the great mystery of God began—God’s plan to bring many sons and daughters to glory. Through His spirit, God does works of power. By His spirit and word, God convicts us. The holy spirit imparts gifts and gives life through our active participation. We reflect the glory of God through the power of God’s spirit in us as we become more like God who is love.
