Situated along the south coast of New South Wales is the small township of Merimbula. For many years the site has been a popular choice for members from the Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney areas. A warm welcome is extended to any overseas visitors who would like to enjoy a very beautiful part of Australia for the Feast of Tabernacles.

Travel arrangements are best made from either Sydney or Melbourne International airports. There are flights to Merimbula from both Sydney and Melbourne (see www.rex.com.au). Alternatively, Merimbula is approximately a six-hour drive from Sydney and a seven-hour drive from Melbourne (on the left side of the road).

Merimbula is noted for its relaxed and open hospitality. Members often hold open-house lunches and dinners during the Feast. This opportunity to fellowship is made possible due to much of the accommodation being within a 5 to 10 minute driving radius. Costs for housing is very reasonable. Members tend to stay in self-catered apartments or rental homes. Some accommodation is within walking distance to the hall where services are held.

The township also has a delightful boardwalk area with cafes, restaurants, shops and clubs. Merimbula has several accessible beaches, boating activities, walking tracks, and golf courses.
