Tucson will serve as an official site, with attendance limited to 100, with potential to expand to 300, if current state and local COVID-19 guidelines are relaxed.
Tucson has served as a Feast site for the Church of God, continuously, either as an official or satellite site since 1973.
Tucson has a warm, arid climate, and is 2,400 feet above sea level, so attendees can expect warm, sunny days, with cooler evenings. Because of the desert climate, the Tucson site has adopted a dress code with jacket and tie optional for men, similar to our sites in Hawaii. Dress shirts or Tommy Bahama type shirts with dress slacks for men are encouraged. Suits for men are optional.
Tucson is one of the most picturesque cities in the Western United States, and is surrounded by five distinct mountain ranges. Festival attendees will have many options for sightseeing, with many tourist and historical attractions to visit. Old Tucson, the filming site of many western movies and TV series, the Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum, Pima Air and Space Museum and Sabino Canyon are some of the top attractions.
Area attractions: Our friends at the Tucson Convention and Visitor's Bureau would like to welcome you to Tucson, and have provided this link so you can access their services for visitors to Tucson: www.visittucson.org.
Housing: Our conference hotel, the Embassy Suites, 6555 East Speedway, is conveniently located on the east side of the city, within easy access to the many scenic sites and attractions. The hotel has offered us the rate of $127 plus tax, for the Feast, and three days before and after.
