The original block of rooms with The Courtyard by Marriott has been filled; a new block has been set aside, however, it is a higher price. The following link will allow access to that block.

Members are encouraged to compare prices even with the hotel as they may be able to reserve with the hotel directly at a lower price than what is the current negotiated rate. There are also several hotels within walking distance that might have lower or comparable rates. If anyone needs assistance, please contact Michael Erickson directly.

The hotel has a restaurant located onsite and there are a few other restaurants within walking distance and many within driving distance. It is becoming more difficult to find reasonably priced meeting rooms this close to the Rocky Mountains.
