Each room type has limited availability and will be booked "First Come - First Served".  An optional meal plan would cost $30 per person for lunch and $40 per person for dinner.  When Registering, please indicate if you are interested in the meal plan so we can determine if there is enough interest for the hotel to do this for our group.
