Do we hang on to anger after an argument? How long does it take for us to calm down and apologize afterward? Today I want to talk about the tougher part of relationships. Defining what a grudge is, how we get to that point, and then how we can root it out of our lives.

Nathan Ekama grew up in Ohio and completed his undergraduate studies at Kent State University. He has a background in Sociology, Family Dynamics, and Statistical Analysis. Before being hired into the full-time ministry in 2015 he worked in the Energy Efficiency industry and prior to that, taught in university and primary education. Nathan currently serves as a Pastor in Central Illinois as well as an Assistant Pastor for the congregation in Terre Haute, Indiana. Nathan and his wife, Jacqueline, have three children.
