Scripture says a great deal about giving. On the annual Sabbaths the church collects offerings as commanded in Deuteronomy 16. Giving an offering is an act of worship. By means of giving offerings, we thank God for all that He has first given to us. Our offerings support God's Work as it makes investments in many other lives. Surely God is well-pleased when we give happily in accordance with His abundant blessings.
